The IU GradGrants Center is excited to offer The Art of Proposal Writing, the third installment in our Spring Workshop Series, from 1 to 2pm on Wednesday, February 22. We will also hold a combined question-and-answer session and walk-in hour immediately following the workshop. No RSVP is required, but space is limited.
The Art of Proposal Writing introduces graduate students to some of the generic characteristics common to many grant applications. The hour-long presentation will lead hopeful proposal writers through details of audience, organization, language, style, and mechanics, helping them to develop grant-writing skills that they can put into practice when applying to a wide variety of funding opportunities.
Be on the lookout for the fourth and final workshop in our Spring 2017 series, Avoiding Common Application Errors, in March 2017! Contact gradgrnt@indiana.edu with any questions about the workshop series, as well as the other services we offer.
