As part of this year's Halloween celebrations, the Institute for European Studies will be screening Werner Herzog's version of Nosferatu, F.W. Murnau's 1922 horror classic. Featuring renowned German method actor Klaus Kinski in the title role, Herzog's film remains faithful to the visual plot and title of the original, while amplifying themes that were only implicit in the 1922 version.
The screening will take place on Monday, October 30th at 7:00 PM (TV room 251), but we will be serving Aver's pizza and beverages starting at 6:30. There will also be Halloween treats following the screening. Come join us for an evening of horror and fun! All are welcome!
